Premium oysters raised in some of the most productive waters in the country. 

The rich Suwannee river feeds into the estuaries in which our oysters reside, clashing with the salty gulf waters and creating a turbulent, productive environment. A perfect location for the hand raising of premium shellfish. 

THE differeNCE

The moderate temperatures of the gulf create a nearly year round growing season for our tide tumbled oysters. This translates to healthy,delicious oysters any time of year, even in the dead of winter when northern oysters might feel inadequate inside their armored shell.
